Lost or stolen card?

In the event that your card is lost or stolen, immediately contact our customer support and block your card via the PayAlly Client Portal:

    Log in to your PayAlly Internet bank https://portal.payally.co.uk or via PayAlly Mobile App

  • 2

    Select “Debit cards” from the menu

  • 3

    Select your active card and press button “Freeze” or “Delete” (“Terminate” in mobile app)

Card Activation

After you receive your card, you can activate it quickly and securely in PayAlly Internet Bank.

    Log in to your PayAlly Internet bank https://portal.payally.co.uk or via PayAlly Mobile App

  • 2

    Select “Debit cards” from the menu

  • 3

    Select your received card, check the card details match your new card, then press “Activate” button. Your card is now activated and ready for use straight away.
